Project Name: Audubon Savings Bank
Location: Audubon, New Jersey
Description: Audubon Savings Bank is a ground Up 20,000 sf steel framed, brick veneer colonial style headquarter and commercial and residential loan service office building. The Building features energy conserving mechanical and illumination systems. The interior of the building is fitted with Architectural millwork and casework that is custom to accommodate Programmed interior areas. Each floor of the building serves specific Program: Residential Loans, Commercial Loans, and Administrative Offices. The project cost is $5 million dollars.
Project Name: Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Resort
Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey
Description: Celebrity Chef Kitchen (CCF), a $14m dollar complete renovation to the existing 22,000 sf foot Sultans Buffet. The new CCF features three new kitchens fitted in the dinng rooms to provide a unique dining experience that brings the customers ‘into’ the kitchens to experience the art of culinary preparation and the improved food quality of real time prepared and cooked foods for consumption. The project featured state of the art audio visual systems featuring a variety of flat panel monitors integrated into the fit-out to play back cooking shows, demonstrations, and provide entertainment. The CCF includes a retail outlet that merchandising all related products for customers to purchase as they complete their dining visit.
Project Name: Cornerstone Commercial Center
Location: Linwood, New Jersey
Description: Cornerstone Commerce Center is an award winning 220,000 sf redevelopment project that consisted of completely altering the 1950’s Prudential Training Center office Building into a 21 century Life style mixed use facility. The building within its first year was 100% fully occupied. The building features a two story atrium with skylight, glass elevators, and interior walls clad in limestone and wood veneer panels.
