Description: New construction of an 80,000 SF Ambler YMCA Branch for the YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity. The design includes a two-story lobby with a jogging track above and exposed timber structure. The project also includes a green roof, family pool with play structure, wellness center, child watch, and gymnasium.

Project Name: Family Life Center Salem Baptist Church
Location: Jenkintown, Pennsylvania
Description: The project is an addition/rehabilitation to transform two existing warehouse structures which adjoin the existing church building. The project adds approximately 26,000 SF to the existing church complex and includes a new Family Life Center and multi-purpose building.
The 16,000 SF Family Life Center includes a new library, ministry suites, classrooms, a new pastoral suite, and administrative offices, as well as a new elevator that will significantly improve handicapped accessibility throughout the entire church complex. The 10,000 SF multi-purpose building will include a great room for banquets and large gatherings as well as a full-service kitchen. The Family Life Center and multi-purpose buildings will be linked together by an atrium lobby that will serve as a new main entrance for the rear of the facility.

Project Name: New Building for Liberty Toyota
Location: Burlington Township, New Jersey
Description: Construction of a new 51,700 SF car dealership and service facility. The support offices overlook a dramatic glass-enclosed two-story showroom. This is the premier regional construction of Toyota’s “Image II” program. This project was completed in 2008.

Project Name: New Field House for East Penn School District
Location: East Penn Township, Pennsylvania
Description: 2,754 square foot building with restrooms, concession stand and storage for new athletic field complex at the Wescosville Elementary School. Building is constructed of split face masonry bearing walls with wood roof trusses.
Project Name: Berks County Compost Facility
Location: Leesport, Pennsylvania
Description: 1,281 square foot utility building with three cells used for the generation of compost and a space to house the generation equipment. Building has a poured concrete shell and roof structure for the three cells.
