Description: This project converted a 1797 Colonial-era townhouse into three condominium flats. The modern interior design and finishes were proposed in order to create contrast with the historic fabric of the neighborhood. The project consists of three units ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 SF and features Schiffini kitchens, designer bath fixtures and bamboo floors.

Description: Complete renovation and upgrades to ,132 existing affordable housing units in 17 buildings. New ‘green’ community building including a meeting room, offices, laundry room, and Boys and Girls Club. Environmentally friendly features include gray water reuse from roof drains to flush toilets, passive solar design, day-lighting to reduce artificial lighting, heat recovery system from dryers, renewable material use including salvaged brick for the exterior, and water-saving plumbing fixtures.

Eco - friendly features include tankless water heaters, water saving plumbing fixtures, cellulose insulation, high efficiency mechanical units, and fluorescent lighting package.
